Felismerés amely mélyen megérintett
Egy élménydús hétvége után (Lányaim záró fellépése volt) most egy rövid, de velős üzenettel jövök.
A héten kétszer is szembe jött velem az a gondolat, amelyet körülbelül már egy éve én is megfogalmaztam magamnak egy free flow írás alatt. Emlékszem, hogy nagy hatással volt rám ez a felismerés. Egyszerre szomorított el és szabadított fel. Velőmig hatolt. És még a mai napig ennek az élménynek a “kibontásában” vagyok.
Mi van akkor, ha nem a túlterheltségtől vagy a burn out-tól nincs
energiánk és életkedvünk, hanem attól mert visszafogjuk magunkat?
Visszafogjuk magunkat attól, akik valójában vagyunk, amire valójában képesek lennénk, amit valójában szeretnénk.
És visszafogni magunkat felemészti a legtöbb energiánkat.
Ki lennél valójában? Mire lennél képes ha elengednéd a féket (és a félelmeket)?

Women are gathering for thousands of years and I am calling you to join one. Summer Solstice represents the midpoint of the year and celebrated as the beginning of summer. Also the highest point of energy day, end the celebration of new beginnings. We celebrate Sun’s power too which helps to transform fear and worry by bringing light and warmth. We call in Joy and Life force to feel alive and connected again.

Father – family & systemic constellation workshop

After mother’s archetype we are examining father archetype and energy. The relationship with our father, the availability or presence of our father, our relationship with power and authority and of course our relationship with our partner. We embark on a powerful journey to work with the father figure and energy, finding our blocks, wounds, putting the pieces back in their place, maybe say goodbye. Closing chapters and opening new ones. We are going to talk about the many obvious and not so obvious facets of father in a safe and open circle. Then we are going to make constellations on this topic. You’ll decide what you want to discover or work on. There are many possibilities and I’ll be there to guide you if you need any help.
Every constellation work will add to your own experience too.
Important note: my work is trauma informed and I give many opportunities to regulate yourself. My intension is to safely hold space for you, for your healing and for your curiosity. One step at the time. If this invitation calls you, I welcome you with an open heart.
